Alexis Sánchez has got himself injured once again while on international duty with Chile.
The Barcelona forward had to be substituted after just 20 minutes during Chile's friendly with Serbia due to apparent ankle sprain after a touch tackle by Luka Milivojevic.
The Chilean doctors confirmed the player was injured but said they did not know the exact extent of the sprain.
Alexis was replaced by Angelo Henríquez and shortly after the substitution Serbia took the lead thanks to a goal by Lazar Markovic.
