Mallorca forward Víctor Casadesús has insisted his team "will fight as hard as we can" to beat Barcelona when they host them next Sunday, and has declared that Tito Vilanova's team "have to lose sooner or later".

"We have to make sure we give a better account of ourselves than we did against Real Madrid [who won 5-0 in the Iberostar stadium in Mallorca's last home game] and now we have the chance to change our attitudes and get ourselves up for this game," Casadesús told a press conference.

However, the striker knows it will be a difficult task to take all three points from the game, given that Mallorca go into the tie on the back of five straight defeats.

"We are not in a good or comfortable situation at the moment but we have no doubt that the team will change its dynamic and will soon start to get the right results.

"There are some people who think we've already lost the game with Barcelona, but I can't see why that has to be the case. We know it'll be very tough, but Barcelona have to lose a game sooner or later, they can't win every single league game, so why shouldn't we think we are capable of beating them on the weekend?

"We can win or lose but the team have to give our best shot out on the pitch."
