Spain coach Vicente del Bosque, Real Madrid boss José Mourinho and former Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola are the three final candidates for the 2012 FIFA Best coach of the year award.

Del Bosque lead Spain to the European Championships in June 2012, just two years after 'La Roja' won their first ever World Cup, under his stewardship.

Mourinho won Real Madrid's first league title for four seasons and his team achieved a record breaking 100 points and scored an unprecedented amount of goals.

Guardiola only managed to with the Copa del Rey in 2012, but his team continued to gain admirers due to their remarkable style of attacking football.
