Sebastian Vettel illegally overtook a Toro Rosso car in the Brazilian Grand Prix while there were yellow flags on the track and, if punished, could lose the Formula One World championship to Fernando Alonso.
New footage from the race shows that the German driver can see the yellow flags before overtaking the car. The punishment for this action, known a 'drive through', is a 20 second penalty, which would mean Vettel finished eighth in the race, and would lose four points in the drivers' standings, handing the title to Alonso by a single point.

However, Ferrari sources told AS the team were not considering making a complaint.
