Martin Demichelis has spoken of his excitement ahead of Málaga's Copa del Rey quarter final second leg tie against Barcelona on Thursday. The first leg last week at the Camp Nou ended in a 2-2 draw, with Camacho scoring a last minute equaliser after Málaga had been reduced to ten men. "It's more than crucial for many reasons. I'm sure we'll be up against a Barcelona who'll try to press from the first minute, but hopefully we'll come out with the belief that we can knock them out", said the defender.

Humans: "This weekend, it was shown that Barcelona aren't invincible and that you can even come back against them from 2-0 down. And we've shown that in difficult situations and matches we know how to battle. In football you never know; maybe they'll be fired up and then we'll have a tougher time. Hopefully they'll have a few doubts, although I'm not sure about that because they're a team that's used to coming out to win every two or three days. The fact that we've got the chance to knock Barça out means this could go round the world."

The pitch at La Rosaleda, which Pellegrini has called a skating rink: "It's worse than ever. It makes it more difficult to stay on your feet. It won't just affect one or two players; it's something everybody has to deal with - those with rubber studs, or with aluminium... ."
