Cesc Fàbregas returns to the Barcelona starting line up for the game against Spartak Moscow, and will play in the 'false nine' role, with Leo Messi operating on the left.

Carles Puyol and David Villa, who started Barca's last game, against Real Zaragoza, are on the bench, while Sergi Roberto, Cristian Tello and Oier have been left out of the squad.
