Radamel Falcao had to be substituted during Atlético Madrid's 2-0 win over Levante on Sunday after pulling his left hamstring on 57 minutes.

The Colombian felt the tear while running during an Atleti attack and had to be replaced by Diego Costa.

He will undergo tests on Monday to learn the extent of the injury.
