Neymar has admitted that his Brazil team-mate and Barcelona full-back Dani Alves keeps on pestering him to join him at the Camp Nou.

The Brazilian sensation's contract with Santos expires in 2014 and as yet he has not decided where he will play his football beyond the next World Cup.

It is expected he will move to Europe in the summer of 2014, with Barcelona the favourites to land his signature.

In an interview with FIFA.com, Neymar was asked about Daniel Alves's insistence he move to the Catalan club.

"Dani's always embarrassing me! He's put me in a tight spot," he said.

He revealed that he still does not know whether he will move to Europe after the World Cup but also rejected the idea that staying in Brazil will stunt his growth as a player.

"Even I don't know that. My contract runs to 2014 but there's still a long way to go before the World Cup. I don't know if I'll renew it or not. It's a personal issue and I'll have to talk it through with my family and Santos. We'll definitely speak about it further down the line.

"You can develop and improve your game whether you're in Brazil or not. Personally I feel I'm becoming a better player and getting more experience as every year goes by. Some people say you have to leave to develop but I don't agree with that."
